Duties:

• Manage Warehouse Inventory: In this role, you will take charge of controlling, counting, and receiving inventory, with a strong emphasis on manual processes. Ensuring accurate stock levels and proper organization is essential to support our operations.
• Supply Parts for Beekeeping and Support Teams: Collaborate closely with the Lead Beekeeper and Tier 1 Field Support to advise on routing and parts availability for beekeeping and robot teams. Timely provision of necessary supplies is crucial to our success.
• Shipping & Receiving: Oversee shipping and receiving operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth logistics processes.
• Stock Warehouse with Beekeeping Supplies: Keep the warehouse stocked with essential beekeeping supplies to meet the demands of our teams.

Requirements:

• 2+ Years Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a Logistics or Warehouse Management role is required.
• Equipment Operation: Proficiency in safely operating materials handling equipment, including machinery up to 8,000 lbs., is essential for this position.
• Flexible Schedule: Be prepared to work outside normal business hours, aligning your schedule with the needs of our beekeeping operations.
• Outdoor Work: This role may occasionally require you to work outdoors in various weather conditions, so a willingness to adapt to changing conditions is important.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. is necessary for managing warehouse inventory.
• Clean Driving Record: A clean driving record for the last 5 years is mandatory, as you may be required to transport materials and supplies.
