What is this opportunity?

We are looking for an experienced Product Enablement Manager to join the growing team and act as a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive enablement strategy that supports all teams across the organization. This role ensures that product knowledge, tools, and resources are effectively disseminated to departments including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product Management. The ideal candidate is a cross-functional collaborator who translates complex product information into actionable insights and processes that empower teams to achieve their goals. This role reports to the Director of Product and is based in Tel Aviv.

How will you contribute?

• Create and implement a company-wide product enablement strategy that aligns with business objectives.
• Design and deliver tailored training programs to equip teams with the necessary product knowledge.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of enablement materials like product guides, playbooks, FAQs, and competitive analysis.
• Work closely with the product marketing manager to ensure consistency of messaging and communication across internal and external teams.
• Serve as a liaison between product management, marketing, sales, engineering, and customer success to ensure consistent product communication.
• Establish mechanisms to gather and relay insights about product challenges and opportunities to inform product development, GTM and strategy.
• Develop systems and processes for effective knowledge sharing across teams.
• Lead internal enablement efforts for new product launches, ensuring teams are prepared with the necessary information and resources.

What qualifications and skills will help you be successful?

• 5+ years of experience in product enablement or related roles in a fast paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Deep understanding of product development, go-to-market strategies, and the customer journey.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills and proficiency with enablement tools, CRM systems, and LMS.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
