The Opportunity: As our Receptionist & Security Attendant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring daily operations in our fulfillment center run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, embodying our commitment to exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Greet visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
  • Logistics Coordination: Review and manage incoming deliveries and shipments, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely distribution.
  • Security Protocols: Actively collaborate with the FC team on all things related to security.
  • Customer Focus: Respond promptly to inquiries and provide information to customers and employees courteously and efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members across departments to support office operations and maintain a collaborative work environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Previous experience in a customer-facing role with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Security: Experience working on security protocols, as a security guard or officer.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment and systems.

Compensation, working hours & location:

  • Pay rate: $20/hour.
  • Working times: 7am - 3:30pm PDT
  • Location: Commerce, CA
