We’re seeking an experienced real-estate or property management professional to serve as Home365’s key local contact in Arizona. This person will support operations by ensuring compliance, facilitating local interactions, and representing the company on-site when needed. While this role plays an important part in our Arizona presence, it does not involve overseeing regional operations or managing a team.

The role is based out of our Phoenix office with regular travel across the Phoenix Metro Area and occasional travel to our headquarters in Las Vegas, NV.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary on-the-ground representative for Home365 in the Phoenix Metro Area, addressing inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and professionally.
• Ensure full compliance with Arizona real estate laws, landlord-tenant regulations, and municipal codes.
• Coordinate and attend property inspections, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Attend court hearings (e.g., evictions) and respond to legal notices as needed.
• Liaise with local agencies, including Section 8 administrators and housing authorities, to support tenant programs and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, owners, residents, city officials, utility providers, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., leasing, maintenance, legal) and escalate issues appropriately for resolution.
• Participate in resident retention efforts and contribute to a positive living experience for all tenants.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in property management and/or real estate operations
• In-depth knowledge of Arizona rental laws and local compliance requirements
• Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset
• Experience working with government programs, code enforcement, and legal processes
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (frequent local travel required)
• Willingness to travel to Las Vegas HQ as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field (preferred)
