Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Office & Employee Experience Manager to take full ownership of all office operations and employee experience activities.
They will work closely with the operations manager and the HR team to align office operations with people-focused initiatives

What You’ll Do?
- Coordinate all aspects of day-to-day office operations at Zesty’s Tel Aviv office, including facilities, vendors, supplies, and office logistics.
- Manage office logistics and supplies, including kitchen and office equipment.
- Maintain workplace standards that reflect Zesty’s values and energetic startup culture.
- Ensure a seamless, high-quality experience in the office every day.
- Handle company travel planning: flights, accommodations, expenses, and itineraries.
- Support conferences, off-sites, and internal meetings.
- Take charge of employee experience and welfare activities across the globe to foster connection and culture: company events, happy hours, thoughtful gifts, and more.
- Add a personal touch to the employee journey, making sure small details and office needs are taken care of.
- Build and execute a yearly employee experience plan and budget, bringing creative, meaningful, and out-of-the-box ideas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and service providers (e.g., building services, cleaning, food providers, etc.), including contract negotiations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an Administrative or Office Manager.
- Experience with creating an outstanding employee experience that goes beyond “cool parties,” you understand the importance of care, detail, and personal touch in making people feel valued
- Previous experience in Travel operations
- Previous experience supporting HR processes (welfare, employee experience, etc.)
- Experience in a high-tech or fast-paced company.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Proactive, Independent, resourceful, and eager to take initiative.
- Strong command of English (verbal and written)
