Sales Development Representative
Location: San Ramon, CA (On-Site)
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our sales efforts by identifying and qualifying potential leads.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation.
- Research and understand the needs of potential clients to effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities.
- 0-2 years of professional experience, with previous Sales Development Representative experience not required.
- Highly motivated and driven to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- This role is based on-site in San Ramon, CA.
