We are looking for an experienced, hands-on, and motivated Hardware Team Lead with strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead the Electronics team.
This role includes ownership of the electronics domain, hands-on technical leadership, and people management across all Beewise product generations.

What You'll Do
- Lead the electronics domain and manage a team of electronics/board design engineers
- Take hands-on ownership of electronic systems: architecture, design decisions, board design guidance, bring-up, validation, and production readiness
- Drive electronics development across the full product lifecycle: requirements, design, prototyping, validation, NPI, and sustaining engineering
- Define electronics design standards, best practices, and documentation
- Lead system-level integration and work closely with firmware, mechanics, system, product, and operations teams
- Own root-cause analysis and resolution of production and field issues
- Support DFM/DFT activities and work closely with manufacturing partners
- Manage external subcontractors and suppliers for PCB design and manufacturing
- Plan workloads, set priorities, maintain work plans, and ensure timely project execution
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in electronics and board-level design
- Proven experience leading engineers or technical teams
- Strong background in analog and digital board design and system-level integration
- Experience taking hardware products from concept to mass production
- Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities
- Strong communication skills and a system-level mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, multidisciplinary environment
- Hands-on experience in robotics, automation, or electromechanical products
- Background in analog and digital board design, microcontrollers, solar power systems, motion control (BLDC and steppers), communication protocols (e.g., CAN, UART, SPI, I²C, Ethernet, WiFi, Bluetooth), cellular and satellite communication.
