We׳re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join us. You will drive the full-cycle recruitment efforts that will enable us to find, attract and hire outstanding people that reflect Beewise’s values and add to our culture.

You will work closely with managers to plan their teams and create a great candidate experience.

We are looking for a responsible, independent professional Talent Acquisition Partner, a team player who can work in a fast-growing company.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Own full lifecycle recruitment process.
  • Work closely with hiring managers on headcount planning and process.
  • Source candidates using effective and creative outreach techniques.
  • Maintain candidate data and outreach in our application system.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the entire process.
  • Manage all external recruiting agencies in an effective manner.
  • Track recruiting data to report and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support other recruiting efforts and projects as necessary.

Required education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle Talent Acquisition Partner.
  • Experience in high-tech recruitment – must.
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting and sourcing techniques.
  • Highly motivated, confident, and organized.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator in English.
