XTEND is seeking a dynamic COO to lead our Europe-based operations, specializing in advanced drone solutions for defense, law enforcement, and homeland security (HLS). This role is pivotal in driving efficiency and growth across our supply chain and back-office functions.

Your Mission:

• Oversee and optimize all operational aspects in Europe, including supply chain (purchasing, logistics, quality, production), and company programs.
• Serve as the key liaison between the European team and XTEND's global functions in Israel (Finance, IT, HR, etc.).
• Drive operational strategies that support growth, efficiency, and compliance.

What You'll Do:

• Provide strong operational leadership, ensuring seamless coordination between local and global teams.
• Implement lean manufacturing and process improvements to maximize production output.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure cost-effective logistics.
• Represent global finance, HR, and IT locally, ensuring alignment with Xtend’s policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local and global regulations.

• 5+ years of experience in operations and supply chain, including production.
• Proven ability to lead and optimize manufacturing and logistics.
• Excellent problem-solver and strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
• Willing to relocate to Europe.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or hardware manufacturing.
• Knowledge of EU business regulations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain tools.
• Relocation experience.
