Description
Planning & Portfolio Management
- Collaborate with the CTO to formulate the engineering work plan (sprints, quarterly, and annual) for all development projects across teams in Israel and globally.
- Manage the project portfolio: implement prioritization, track progress, and ensure alignment with organizational and technological objectives.
- Maintain project Gantt charts and the technology/product roadmaps.
Execution Oversight & Reporting
- Track project progress against scope, timelines, and budget, and monitor SLA compliance for each development center globally.
- Create and maintain dashboards and status reports for company leadership, XFAB managers, and development managers.
- Monitor relevant project KPIs, such as velocity and delivery predictability.
Global Process Standardization
- Implement appropriate project management methodologies (Agile / Scrum / Kanban / Hybrid) where needed.
- Establish global processes for issue escalation, code reviews, and release cycles.
- Act as the "process owner" for all working procedures, tracking, status meetings, retrospectives, and other related activities.
- Optimize processes and analyze technological bottlenecks.
Dependencies & Resource Alignment
- Manage and identify dependencies between teams, projects, and external vendors, from initial availability to managing unforeseen issues, backlogs, and synchronizing across time zones and holidays.
- Support the planning of technological resource allocation based on prioritization and global resource utilization.
- Develop both short-term and long-term capacity plans.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Ensure continuous coordination between the Development, Product, and executive management teams.
- Manage change control processes and stakeholder alignment, including raising red flags and securing approval for changes to project plans.
Shared Task Management Infrastructure
- Administer shared systems (Jira, Confluence, Slack, Git, etc.) for all development centers.
- Ensure data integrity and consistent, valid reporting across all teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in PMO, program/project management, or similar roles in tech environments.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban).
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Gantt charts, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to manage KPIs, track performance, and optimize processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with executives and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work across time zones and coordinate with global development centers.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Computer Science, or related field – advantage.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
