Description
XTEND is looking for a Lead Designer & AI Creative, based in Israel and reporting directly to the VP of Marketing.
This role is responsible for shaping XTEND’s visual identity and creative execution across global channels. As a highly visual technology company, design plays a central role in sales materials, digital presence, executive communication, events, and brand perception.
We are seeking a creative, independent designer with strong brand instincts and hands-on production capabilities. The ideal candidate combines high aesthetic standards with speed, ownership, and proficiency in AI-driven creative tools.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Digital, and global teams to ensure consistent and high-quality visual representation of XTEND worldwide.
Key pillars & objectives:
Visual System Ownership — Define and maintain XTEND’s visual language across platforms and regions.
High-Quality Creative Execution — Deliver polished marketing and sales materials at speed.
AI-Enabled Production — Leverage generative tools and modern workflows to enhance creative output.
Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work with product and marketing teams to maintain visual coherence across touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain visual identity across presentations, digital platforms, and events.
- Design sales decks, enablement materials, executive presentations, and investor visuals.
- Lead creative production for website, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Design booth graphics, branded materials, and exhibition assets.
- Collaborate with Digital teams on website design systems.
- Provide visual input to ensure consistency between product interface and brand expression.
- Develop logos, branding elements, and campaign visuals as needed.
- Use AI and generative tools to enhance creative workflows and efficiency.
- Contribute to video editing and motion design (advantage).
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in brand and marketing design within a technology company.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, digital assets, branding, and campaign work (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in AI creative tools and generative workflows — required.
- Experience designing for websites and digital platforms.
- Motion design / 3D / video editing experience — strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
- Strong collaboration skills and openness to feedback.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
