XTEND is seeking a Supply Expeditor to support purchasing operations by tracking purchase orders and maintaining communication with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery. You will work closely with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams to monitor order status and address potential delays. The role involves hands-on work with ERP systems, mainly Priority, to maintain accurate and efficient supply processes.

Responsibilities

• Track purchase orders from issuance to delivery
• Maintain communication with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and updates
• Update and manage order data in the Priority ERP system
• Coordinate deliveries with logistics and warehouse teams
• Identify and help resolve supply delays or discrepancies

Requirements

• Good Excel skills and strong attention to detail
• Good English for communication with suppliers
