Description

XTEND is a leading provider of Tactical Drone solutions for defense, offense, and reconnaissance, delivering cutting-edge technologies to military and HLS customers. As part of our continued growth and expansion into new UAV domains, we are seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead sales of a dedicated fixed-wing UAV product line in Israel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the full sales cycle for fixed-wing and Tactical UAV solutions — from initial engagement through PoC, trials, and close.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer operational needs.
  • Develop customized proposals that align the product's capabilities with customer requirements and existing infrastructure.
  • Create technical content and respond to RFPs, tenders, and procurement processes.
  • Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with the international partner and key customer stakeholders.
  • Monitor relevant industry trends, competitor platforms, and emerging operational requirements in the fixed-wing and tactical UAV domain.
  • Work independently to manage the sales pipeline, prioritize opportunities, and meet targets.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development — defense industry preferred.
  • Hands-on experience as a UAV operator — mandatory; fixed-wing experience a significant advantage.
  • Strong independent work ethic — ability to manage the sales process autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent presentation skills — able to communicate technical capabilities clearly to both operational users and decision-makers.
  • Fast learner — capable of quickly mastering new platforms, technologies, and customer environments.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, both with customers and with the international partner.
  • Experience with proposal writing, requirements documents, and RFP responses.
  • Team player who collaborates effectively across operations, product, and engineering.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
